Esmé likes to drag out a yoga mat and then ask me to turn on a yoga video for her. Now for the record, Kyle and I haven't done any yoga for ages (or any exercise for that matter), so it's not like she lives in some sort of super fit yoga freak house or anything. She just likes it I guess.
Anyway, I found some kid's yoga online which she really got into. So much so that when she got bored of doing the yoga, she just sat there watching the yoga video!
